When and where do you meet?
We gather on Sundays at 10:00 AM at 1132 Hwy TT, Saint Clair, MO 63077. Service starts at 10:15 AM. And our Bible study starts at 9:00 AM. We’d love to see you there!
What should I wear?
We’re a casual church, so come as you are! Most people wear what they’d wear any other day. If you prefer to dress up, that’s great too. What matters most is that you’re here.
How long is your service?
Our services normally last about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
What can I expect on my first visit?
You’ll be greeted by friendly faces and welcomed into a relaxed, family atmosphere. A typical service includes worship through music, prayer, Bible-centered teaching, and communion. There’s no pressure to participate in anything you’re not comfortable with. Just come, settle in, and get to know us.
Where do I park, and is the building accessible?
We have a large gravel parking lot next to the building, off Hwy TT. The worship room is accessible, but the bathroom and other rooms require steps. If you need any assistance, just let one of our greeters know and we’ll be glad to help.
Can I watch services online?
Yes! Our services are live-streamed each week, and past messages are available on our Messages page, so you can catch up anytime.
Worship & Communion
How often do you serve communion?
We serve communion every week, following the pattern of the apostles and the early church (Acts 2:42; Acts 20:7). We offer both wine and grape juice to accommodate different preferences.
Do I have to take communion?
No one is ever pressured to participate. If you’d rather not take communion, simply let the elements pass. If you have questions about what communion means, we’d be happy to talk with you.
Am I expected to give?
Not at all. If you’re visiting, please don’t feel any obligation. Giving is an act of worship for those who call Eternal Promises Church home. For those who wish to give, you can do so in person or through our secure online giving page.
Kids & Families
Do you have children's church?
Yes! Children can join our Kids of Promises class, where they’ll learn about God’s Word in a fun, age-appropriate way. Currently, the age limit is 5 yrs old.
Do you allow children in the service?
Absolutely, and we encourage it! Kids are always welcome in our worship service. A little noise is a sign of life, so please don’t worry. We’re glad your family is here.
What We Believe
What denomination is Eternal Promises Church?
We are a non-denominational church and a church plant of Eternal Promises Ministries. You can read more about what we believe in our Statement of Belief.

Yes! If you’re interested in being baptized or have questions about baptism, please reach out to one of our pastors. We’d love to talk with you about this important step.

How can I talk with a pastor?
Our pastors are always glad to meet with you. Find one after the service or send us a message and we’ll be in touch.
Getting Connected
Do I have to give if I'm visiting?
No, you’re welcome to come and visit, without giving. Giving is a form of worship, and purely voluntary. God loves a cheerful giver! As a member, giving would be one way you worship God and support the local church. If you choose to give, you can give in-person during the service, or give online at any time.
How much am I expected to give?
There is no one right answer. Giving is as much as you decide or as God puts on your heart. However, 10% is a good place to start. The biblical example would be to give 10% of everything the Lord prospers you with (salary, gifts, inheritance, profits) as this verse illustrates:
Honor the LORD with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine. (Proverbs 3:9-10)
Is the church under any legal structure, non-profit, or 501c3 status?
Yes, Eternal Promises is a Missouri non-profit corporation, in good standing, and an IRS recognized 501c3 Charitable organization. We have a formal Board of Directors, with two of the board members comprised of elders outside of the congregation.
What this means for you and your giving is:
- All tithes, offerings, donations, or the excess from property sale goes to the operation of the Church and getting the Gospel out to others. If our church ever closed, the assets (money and physical items) would have to transfer to another ministry, not the pastor or another other staff person.
- We are purposefully designated as a church with the IRS to protect your anonymity. This allows us not to report who gives and what amount they give, because we believe your tithes and offerings are between you and the Lord.
What are the tithes and offerings used for?
Tithes and offerings given without specification go toward outreach costs (cost of printing, software, mailings, etc.), building and mortgage costs (lights, electricity, HVAC, etc.), grounds up-keep (signage, gravel, resurfacing, grass cutting, etc.), equipment purchase and repair (microphones, computers, musical equipment, etc), and the support of limited staff. When specified, such as a building fund or other need, the funds are used for that purpose.
